Twin Waterfalls- an EC (executive condo) Great facilities. Ample car park lots available for residents and visitors. A great place to live in.

I complaint to the management about a rude security guard called John who shouted vulgarities at me. And even followed me home . For few times already. The management said they will take action but the security guard is now seen back at his old post and nothing has been done

This is an EC so their car park is like the HDB MSCP. Pretty massive but quite confusing due to the north & south buildings. Look out for the block you are heading so you can park nearer to the relevant visitor lift.

Rude security guard was the one who harrasss me and followed me home , threatening my well-being . Didn’t know security guards are allowed to harrass individuals despite not knowing the safety rules of road

Nice facilities and swimming pool.

Twin waterfalls EC is the 2nd biggest EC in Punggol (728 units) after The Terrace EC (747 units). It TOP on June 2015 and MOP on June 2020. In terms of location, it is situated between Punggol Way and Punggol Field. The main entrance is at the end of Punggol Walk roundabout shared by both Twin waterfalls and Ecopolitan EC. There are 2 side gates, which exit directly to 2 bus-stops along Punggol Way or Punggol Field. For residents walking to Punggol MRT from Punggol field side gate is around 8mins. There is a small eatery (Huang Hong Ji) selling bee hoon and porridge directly opposite Twin waterfall at Blk 269A Punggol Field, and a small mini-mart. The closest supermarket and coffeeshop is at Punggol Place 273C around 5mins. Alternatively you can walk to Punggol Field Blk 218 around 4mins. All these are assuming you are using the Punggol Field side gate (beside tennis court) to exit the condo compound. For car exiting the compound, other than the main entry/exit from Punggol Way, there is also a side gantry to exit Punggol Field. This condo is packed with a great amount of common facilities, which comes with 2 tennis court, 2 function room (abit small) with its featured waterfall above the function room, 2 pools, etc. The toilet also comes with bathing facilities and sauna, which allows your guest to shower after a swim. What i dont like is the location of jacuzzi, you need to go via the multi-story carpark lift in swimsuit. Twin waterfall is 1 of the condo in Punggol that has dual key layout for 3 bedders (2+studio) and 4 bedders (3+studio) which the studio unit is decent but downside is that studio unit shares balcony space with the main unit. The dual key main unit comes with utility room and w/c which some other condos don't. In this EC, there are some interesting patio units at the roof-top garden, where the patio is the size of a Badminton Court. But some these units faces directly at the LRT track. Some things to note is this condo comes with a multi-story carpark instead of basement carpark, which some might find it inconvenient as they prefer a direct carpark lift landing to their home. The carpark has ample of lots for residents, and more than enough lots for visitors. However, the carpark space is abit narrow, specially the turning corners up and down each stories. The other area to note is the access to residential blocks is an open area, which has no gates to fence visitors access. The Fermax is controlled at the lift landing and to restrict access to lift levels only (level 2 onwards). Hence, this cannot prevent strangers from walking pass level 1/patio residential units or peeping into your house. For the guard house, security has ample of space. However the visitors and residents share a common road to 1 of the 2 gantry (right), this would means some of the times, resident's car will need to wait to enter while guest/visitors/delivery are waiting to register via the security. Overall, in my opinion a 3.5 stars after weighing the pros and cons.

We had a good time at poolside bbq area, nice pool and lounge area. Only thing is alot mosqitue.

Love the 2 famous waterfalls. Super nice estate.
