★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a leather-bound item for name engraving and after confirming the font, font-size and name, the staff took the item away. When he returned, the only thing he said was that the leather was very thin. I looked at the item and although the name was engraved, the laser had burnt through 3-4 pages! Those pages were burnt with the name and essentially destroyed the aesthetics of my item.
What upset me most was that the staff did not offer any apology and charged me the original amount.
This is the most unprofessional outfit I have come across. Surely they could and should have placed a protective piece of material between the leather cover and the pages so that the pages didn’t get burnt through. And surely the least the staff could have done was to offer an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get a wooden comb engraved, and Alvin did such a great job! He replies to emails quickly, and was fine with me showing up to my appointment 30 mins earlier. The only thing is that it is quite far away and difficult to get to from my location, but I will be a returning customer because I am so happy with the result. Note: enter from the 9th floor instead of the 8th. Look for 09-51 instead.

The staff Michael quoted me at first and when I got back with exact measurement and discuss on producing it, slow in reply and then didnt bother to reply.
I message to ask if he can so the project, then replied saying cannot, too many project. Wow, all of a sudden? It is either incompetent or unprofessional.
