The staff that attended to me was very professional. Good work ethics and well mannered. My new shoes sole gave way barely after 3 months. Went to the shop asked him if he can help. I am willing to wait for 1 hour as long he can spared me a pair of shoes or slippers. He said no. But offer to fo it immediately as long as i don't mind to wait inside the shoe. After half hour, all is done and he even out of his own initiatives, polished both my shoes.

ENGAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK! This is my most horrifying experience ever and I swear I will never leave my shoes to a cobbler only to come back and pick them up when it’s ready. If I could rate a “negative” I would totally. I contacted Imran (I believe he runs the shop) and made an appointment before heading down. However when I was there, he was not around at the scheduled time and I was attended by his colleague Zac Lim and he advised me to drop Imran a whatsapp to indicate what needs to be done and also to get the pricing. I was also told that I will be able to collect them on Thursday 18/11/21 (4th from the day I left my shoes). As advised, I dropped Imran a text but there wasn’t any update at all for the next 3 days. On top of that I couldn’t reach anyone via the contact number as stated in Google as well as the mobile number given at the outlet. Nonetheless, I continue to drop a text that I will be collecting my shoes in the afternoon. When I was there, the area manager and Imran were there but they could not locate my shoes after searching high and low the shop for 15mins. The staff that had attended to me was not there and when I asked if he could call the guy to locate my shoes he was hesitant and the area manager seems to not know who this guy was that I was referring. After 15mins of searching for my shoes I was getting anxious. The area manager then advise for me to return the shop in 30mins time. When I returned to the shop, I saw Imran had already started buffing the base of my shoes and so I decided to let him continue with it. Despite waiting patiently for 2hrs, my shoes were not ready. When I went over to check, Imran weren’t doing my shoes at all. What makes things worse, I found my shoes hanging awkwardly by a hook and another pair on the floor. When asked why were my shoes not ready, the staff just told me to wait and they are working on it as they couldn’t find another piece of sole that matches my shoe. At this point, Imran left the shop and left Zac (the staff that collected my shoes on the first day) to continue servicing my shoes. After waiting for another hour, Zac finally pass the shoes back to me. To my horror, my new shoes were damaged with the leather got buffed off and scratches all over the leather. On top of that, the new sole were very badly done (it does not look close to normal standard workmanship quality). I questioned Zac what happened to the leather, he replied that it wasn’t him that damaged my shoes and it was Imran. He could not provide me with any solutions and advice to me return the next day when Imran is around. My other pair of Valentino flats were in horrible state as well with the sole hanging apart from the shoes. When i returned the next day, the shop was not open (lights were on but there is no one in the shop) even though Zac had promised that Imran will be around to rectify my shoes. On top of that I could not even collect my Valentinos flats that the staff had promised to return. I am waiting for the main office to get back to me on a solutions and I strongly suggest everyone to not render their services unless you are certain that your shoes will be in safe hands.

Jawhar, the shop manager was extremely kind and professional. He duplicated my keys really fast. That day I only had a Visa with me but he was really kind and gave me time to let my friend help transfer the money instead because Visa wasn't one of the payment methods. Thank you so much, a little kindness goes a long way :) All the best for your business !

Went down to ask for a quote to get a pair of heels repaired, staff was upfront and gave good recommendation and not pushing out unnecessary services for the sake of sales. Didn't proceed with the repair due to the cost (better off getting a new pair) but thumb ups for being friendly and honest with their recommendations.

I send 2 pairs of shoes for repair of the soles. The Manager Jawhar was not only friendly,courteous, attentive to customer's needs but also very Frank in giving advise and solutions. All these actions makes customer's very much at ease and confident that they are getting a very good and best advise. Keep up the very good service and work. ?

Dated 5th July 2022. 2 bags deposited as shown on receipt 28th February 2022. 4 months plus of waiting no phone calls were received regarding the products. Came to the shop in July, took back one of my prada bags (as shown in pic not refurbished at all?) and one of my prada bag was missing? How is that ethical of a business to do so? The staff said oh i could not find it. What kind of garbage explanation is this? Take a good look at the staff searching for the bag. Look exactly how they store your luxury goods. Evidently not well taken care of. If you are considering depositing any items here do beware of their 0/10 staff attitude and 0/10 service quality. Absolute waste of consumer time and money. After speaking to the owner he promised the bag will be done by this weekend 9th July. Shall see.

Not honest. Poor time mgmt, messy, poor workmanship. Soles are very thin too! Bring your branded shoes there at a risk! Brought 3 pairs of shoes to replace the soles. (2 Dior 1 Chanel) Went down on sun and they said wed will be ready. My hub went down to collect on wed and to our horror, the shoes was undone and was stacking messily on top of each other. (1 pair was new!) The staff asked him to come back on Thurs evening but he went back only today noon (fri). It was still undone! We had to go back this evening and at first they can't find the shoes when I saw it was at the side. They quickly pack the shoes into the bag and luckily I asked to check. I was horrified. My brand new Chanel Mules had glue all over at the edges. They tried to remove the glue but it got worst. The fur almost came off. Pls refer to pics. The mgr said it was their mistake and he said he is very angry when he saw it as well. He said he have to walk out of the shop 2 hours and came back after that. But if this is the case, why didn't he tell me about this when i collect the shoes? He just quickly packed it away. Not honest at all! Anyway, The other 2 pairs of dior was ok. Average but the soles are very thin. I was refunded for the money after i kick up a fuss as well. It was very upsetting to see my brand new shoes in this condition. Dont understand why it take 5 days to replace soles when elsewhere only took 1 hour.
