Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet, mani done was a little more painful than expected but came out nice on my nails.

Its nail services are decent enough, and there are some significant advantages to having a package there - e.g. free gel removal, free upgrade for certain nail art. However even customers with a package cannot escape from their persistent up-selling to top up their package. Not sure if I could continue once my package runs out.

Dishonest place, avoid at all costs. Bad massage and couldnt fufil any services well. Went for 2 times foot massage and decided to sign package, didnt get to sign any contract, paid for it then keep avoiding to do the services when trying to book. Asked for a refund since they couldnt fufil any work, keep giving excuses and say its full etc. When i came down to ask for a refund, The owner drafted a contract on the spot and expects me to sign that there will be a charge of 10% admission fee prior to refund, if i dont sign it he will not refund it. Dishonest business, dont be fooled by the casetrust certificate, at this day and age also want to do such dishonest business. Promise to refund and avoided all calls and replies on messages, had to come down 2-3 times to confirm David Leong Tse Seng and Joanne Zhang Such dishonest owners.

This is probably the most unsanitary and worst nail salon on the planet. Technicians have awful training. You will end up losing your nails to infection, and suffer from pain and bleeding due to the fact they grind down your nails to the thinnest layer because they are not trained properly. Go here at your OWN RISK. Your appearance is worth more than going to this terrible place. The therapist who ground the nail-bed all the way down was ‘Catherine’, and she totally sucked.
