★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After contemplating over a few IDs, we eventually decided to go with The Uncommon Studio as we both felt comfortable with our ID (Ethan) and most importantly, we were able to communicate our ideas really well.
The service that we have received from Ethan has been consistently great being prompt and thorough with his replies. There were many things that we were unsure of being first-time home buyers, but Ethan was really patient throughout the entire process.
My husband and I are really happy with the handover and we would not hesitate to recommend The Uncommon Studio!
