Under Armour Funan - North Bridge Rd

Extremely unfriendly staff.

When I visited earlier at the Under Armour store in Funan Mall, I was being greeted by a female staff on duty. Because I could not find the UA Sports Mask on display, I seek help from a male staff who is very kind to assist me despite he is busy with arranging the mannequinns in the store.

The staff at Under Armour Funan shop were very helpful and friendly, helping with sizes and designs quickly and efficiently. Especially Erny who even offered to safekeep my wife's heavy laptop bag and handbag at the cashier so she didn't have to carry around the shop while browsing the clothes. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience! Keep up the great work!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rey gave very helpful recommendations that assisted me with my purchase. He was very patient with my inquiries and requests, and also gave suggestions on how I can enjoy the promotions which I really appreciated. Keep it up!

Very friendly staff at UA Funan mall who is always readily available to answer questions ?

My wife and I wanted to purchase 2 black running shirts which were tagged with 25% discount after about half and hour of trying and discussion with the sales staff. To our dismay, we were informed at the checkout that the two black shirts were erroneously tagged and instead it was the two pink shirts that were discounted at 25%. The staff on site could not unfortunately exercise their discretion and we therefore walked away wondering whether it was a bait and switch tactic or corporate incompetence. In Australia where we reside, we would have been offered the two black shirts at the 25% discount or even the product free of charge if already charged by the cashier. This is not the kind of service we expect from a renowned brand like Under Armor. ======= In response to the reply of UA Funan team, my intention for the posting was not to complain about your retail staff but to highlight that they were not empowered to make critical decisions regarding customer recovery. Mistakes happen all the time. Please don’t blame your staff for thses mistakes; better you train and empower them to recover from those situations. If this was handled correctly in the first place, I would have given an excellent review. Regarding your kind offer, I must respectfully decline given our limited stay in Singapore and other engagements. Nevertheless, thank you for your reply and offer.

William and Rey was very patient and helpful with my item exchange. Took some time to resolve it and they maintained a good working attitude throughout. Really appreciate their effort!
