He said ok but nobody told me I had just 14 days to make an exchange and I come back after 15 days after the manager refused the exchange just for 1 day.... He was not really friendly...

They reckon there is some payment system operations issues as barcode is not set.
I suggest to do the printing on at the same time while they sort out the system side of things.
But to my shocked, he said must set payment system right, then pay before printing can be done.
So I had to wait for 20mins for payment system. Then wait for another 10mins to have the shirt printed. Finished the printing only by 12.47pm
It’s understandable that system errors happens, but Guys. Please put customer as more priority please. Let us have our product and services sorted out first then deal with system issues during low peak period

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say Weston is the only big shop that cover soccer/football gears especially boots in Singapore, but too bad always they don’t have my big size..bring more size UK13 lah..i know the brands manufactured those sizes but Weston always didn’t bring in..will support more if Weston think about big footed players size 13 UK or bigger…everytime i went to Weston to find modern boots for my size all outlets and staffs always offer Copa Mundial instead..not all players love that Dinosaur boots.. pls bring more big size and surely I’ll give 5 stars.
