★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These vouchers do not function as cash vouchers but as promotional vouchers; i.e., if the participating merchant is running a promotion, you are not allowed to pay for the promotional items using these vouchers. If you are thinking of buying these vouchers as a gift, forget about it and just give an angbao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero star. First delivery short changed me with lower value vouchers. Second delivery only replaced 1 voucher. Third delivery, finally correct. Jokes for a voucher company. Hopefully the vouchers are not a fraud.

Called so many time cant get thru.
Been holding the line for more than 30 minutes.
Voucher have yet to reach 1 year (still valid) but two participating outlets rejected.

I have on multiple occasions claimed for vouchers on uniqgift (thru Stacked or given a 4 digit code) only to find out that the voucher I received has been fully redeemed and can no longer be used. If your vouchers is limited to 500 redemptions why do they issue more vouchers than that.

Extremely poor system prone to fraud: to redeem the voucher value, you have to reveal the voucher code to the vendor, and the voucher code remains the same. I've been double-charged by vendors and even charged by vendors mistakenly. It was a hassle to approach the vendors to reverse the charges.
