Told her my purchase was an online and showed her exactly my purchase with the order number in the email. Despite that, they insist on a PHYSICAL RECEIPT to do a refund ????? Please hire someone with a decent customer service standards/ someone local to understand what an online purchase and Manage your customers/ train the young team well. Why insist your customers to print out a PHYSICAL invoice when my purchase ( wrong sizes hence refund) was ONLINE and default your promise on the refund policy??? Your HR/brand failed with this bad hire here! Will never Patronize this store again!

This store is huge and they always have good collection. I shop from here very often. I went there this morning and picked up some chino shorts and a few t-shirts. The staff were really friendly in assisting.

They recently revamped the store a little with self-checkout counters that really makes payment smooth and seamless. Decided to purchase the latest version of Airism masks that's available now!

I was given one and I forgot to use it.. when I finally remember to use it.. the check out counter told me that it has expired over 2 months and there is no way they can see or verify how much is on the card and that it cannot be used. What rubbish. Daylight robbery.

D	DEE World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good place to shop apparel’s. The place is fairly affordable and lots of varieties for men women and kids. I like the fact the way they are managing the contactless approach. Apart from the quality the way we paid our bills was lightning quick. All we have to do is to put our basket in the designated spot and the machine automatically scans the complete basket and gives a total that we need to pay.
