★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked about a cap on display to 3 different young staff but received different responses (i.e. the item is not for sale, item is at level 3, item is at level 2). They didn't assist us to look for the item at all.. We eventually found the caps hidden at one of the shelves at L3 ourselves. One of the elderly Malay uncle was very helpful and familiar with the products and gave good advice. Younger staff clearly requires retraining on product ranges and the Japanese style of customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the over-sized tee did not have size L on shelf, I looked around for a staff to help me. Mr Suhaimi seemed to be rushing to do something but on hearing I called out to him, he stopped and took the troubles to look for the size I wanted. Eventually he got it from upper level men dept for me. When I ran into him at the cashier counter again, he even checked if I did a fitting and if the size is okay. He made a super happy customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff brought me a basket so that I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience.
Staff in the fitting rooms were patient and very accommodating too, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when he saw that I had a lot of items.
I had a very good shopping experience with staff Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment.
I will definitely revisit this branch.
