Ordered Kaya Butter Toast set for $5.70 and got just 1 small sandwich bread toast. Was genuinely unpleasantly surprised that for such high price, the set was not enough for even my 7 year child. Wonder how much cost saving they are after by giving lesser than regular portions for super high prices.

Am was at the outlet (Tampines centre) outlet this morning (26/05/22) walk in to get coofee, over see this incident happened the lady customer in white shirt infront of me and want to write an review plus comment regards of this matter of the rudliness with very bad attitude of the manager on duty (who name as Lin by himself as the outlet manager). When I walk in the outlet, there was a lady in white shirt in front of me wanting to get a coffee (maybe), at this point of time there was one guy behind the counter making coffee, but see not attending to us who are in the queue, at this point of time another 2 more guest walk in queue up behind me, but seen the guy behind the counter carry on to make coffee by ignoring us customers at queue to carry on make coffee (overheard that his colleagues from kitchen need 4 ice coffees), this guy behind behind the counter rry on to ignore us and carry on to make his colleagues 4 ice coffees. After finished his 4 ice coffees to his kitchen colleagues in kitchen then start asking the lady in white at first in our queue (at this point of time there is about 7 of us in queue), can heard that the guy behind the counter ask "What You Want" not in a good tone, heard the lady reply back with 2 coffee less sugar, this guy behind the counter just carry on making coffee without reply back wherethe he got his order a not, this white shirt lady ask do you got my order a not, this guy behind the counter answer back "So You want to buy a not, don't to buy then I refund for you then go" in bad tone to this white shirt lady. As normal, customer waiting for quite some time, not respond from the guy behind the counter just remind silent after having her order, double check again and it's seen nothing wrong about it. The white shirt lady then feel annoy at this moment of time (if it's me and will feel the same), ask for the any in-charge here whom Ishe could speak with regards of this issue and try to ask for the manager too. But this guy claim that he the in-charge and was the outlet manager name as "Lin". I feel that this guy should be several death with by the higher management of the company since he claim that his the outlay manager for his bad attitude against customer,bad language spoken by talking/answer back customer very bad as seen to be challenging the customer not to purchase from the outlet to depend on his mood at that moment of time and worst of all how can an outlet manager (which he so called to claim with) with this bad attitude and worst customer service whom I never seen before. If this type of attitude and manner still carry on at this outlet for other member of the company to learn plus follow then could say most of us as customer will never go purchase or visit the outlet anymore. Reader should read about this review as no one wanted to be treated same like this white skirt lady who visit any place for worst experience or purchasing or dinning in at any place.

Slow service 1 person manning the cashiering and making of toast and coffee... zzzzz especially during peak period!!! Super long waiting time. Order only if you have time to spare

Usually come here for breakfast on Saturday. Ordering the original kaya set with 2 half boiled eggs and a teh siu dai. Very fresh and tasty most of the times. Once got a cold toast but was still ok. Toast takes a while when crowded. AC just fine because it is an open venue. The place is overall clean and neat. Can be slightly crowded on weekends but not waiting longer than 15 min to get a table for my cases.

Good set meals here. Had the curry chicken dish, the broth was quite thick but the chicken was a bit tough and potatoes slightly undercooked. Enjoyed the barley drink.
