Would have given negative stars if I could choose but google doesn’t allow for that. The company damaged my day curtains which were perfectly fine. After that, they kept saying that their limit of liability is $100 and didn’t give any timely updates on when they could give a set of replacement curtains. I had to find another vendor who did my curtains in 1 week, and I had to bear the bill of the replacement curtains myself. I don’t understand why or how a perfectly good set of day curtains could have been shredded if you are a well-established cleaning company with 4.8 star rating on google.
