★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years to breaking off and coming back to the ridding community, i chose Unique @ TG to service my bike due to the close proximity to my residential. Without disappointment, my bike had been taken care by the team of ladies and gentlemen here.
Very friendly and helpful toward customer (basically everyone I met in this shop), especially the gentleman MJ, who goes all out to assist on all issues faced on my bike and giving very good advise and remedies in the most cost effective solutions.
Will be my most favorite bike shop to service and upgrade my bike in years to come... Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service with good transparency in pricing, one of the only places that bother to do a full diagnostic on your bike, letting you know any issues u could have. Best part is that they don't try to pressure you into making any unecessary purchases, on the other hand they stop you from doing unnecessary work on your bike. Great place!

Even though they are understaffed with 1 mechanic at shop, the female staff Deb was polite, patient, and provided recommendations to solve issue. Even though i didnt get issue solved immediately, i appreciate the excellent customer service at Toh Guan branch.

Then , made the effort to go down to the store and ask for the price , but no one can answer regarding the price so was told to wait while they check at first . Provided my contact number to the staff after being prompted that they will contact with an update of the price. But till date , no form of contact or whatsoever.
