F	Faiz Franky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bike dealer Lawrence is a scammer, bought my bike there and I regretted it. Told me that the bike version I bought was the same with the keyless model. Bought new bike that it’s inclusive of 6 months Road tax, IU Unit and also transfer of ownership. But the day I collected my bike I need to pay another $25 he said it’s for the transfer of ownership but when i asked him and showed him the agreement form, he said it’s a new rule from LTA buyer need to pay again. Beware this guy Lawrence, but the other bike dealer David is good.

Before you buy any motorcycles from them., everything is a "no problem" After you purchase, they will have that "I don't care attitude" In one incident, I chased them for a simple exhaust certificate and it took decades, still no news till the day I sold my bike. Another incident, to cancel my insurance to get a refund since I'm no longer riding, until now for 5 months still no refund or any news. I give up eventually. Servicing for big bikes are not that good, my bike broke down in the middle of the road for a couple of times after servicing due to mechanic's mistakes but I have to bear the cost. I would suggest other bike shops that are more knowledgeable for big bikes and dealership.
G	Gib Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T COME HERE! 0/5 Bad attitude. Customer service is extremely horrible, I would say this is the Worst service I had ever come across. Not professional at all. We were served by a bald head Chinese guy around his 40s wearing a untidy loose collar T-Shirt. First impression face palm. Me and my friends went there to check out their class 2 second hand bikes. First of all, not in a good condition different from what’s mentioned in their Carousell’s listing. Next, he can’t answer my questions, giving stuck up attitude treating us like we can’t afford to buy, then he started pretending to be busy and checking his computer for no reasons, we thought he was checking those information I need for the bike, but eventually no. Make me feel like he belittle riders, we took our helmet and walk off. I won’t recommend any riders to go there. I wanted to give them a chance, after hearing so many negative comments and feedbacks. Disappointed by the service. Do take note guys.

He will look at his laptop while talking to you. Don't try to belittle bikers, I am probably more richer then you guys. Please do avoid this shop AT ALL COST !
