I've had 3 replacements in less than a year with them. None of the maid they brought in were ready to work. I came to conclusion that the maids' quality is least of their concern. They even forced a mentally u stable and suicidal maid that I sent back to transfer to next employer and happily earn the transfer fees despite the maid had strong desire to go back home. Reason being she still had outstanding loan with the agency. With that, it’s very obvious that maid’s quality and their customers’ satisfaction is least of their concerns. Each time, they earn from both sites (maid's logging fees between transfer & transfer fees charged to new employer).Also, I've to pay maids' levy UNTIL they were transferred out...reason given by the agency was that the maid has to have valid pass to stay in SG while waiting for next employer, so I've to bear the cost. In short, no matter how lousy the maids they bring in, employers are the ONLY suffering party. They are more than happy to transfer the maids in and out, earning more $$ in the process and pass the cost to employers only ( and maids). Pending for the refund of the insurance for my previous maid for more than a year. Upon several calls, not a single cent received. When asking for payment from us, WE must pay ON TIME!! Also, charged extra insurance even though I've opt out the option...all for all, this agency is very dishonest. Avoid at all costs!
