We had a great experience at United Channel. The processing work was fast. Pauline was very helpful in helping us engage a FDW service. It was our first time engaging a maid and we needed it urgently, hence, her prompt and insightful reply/assistance were of great help to us. She gave us recommendations to best match our needs and arranged for the interview. Kudos to Pauline and all the staff members!

I have a truly wonderful experience with United Channel. Pauline is the best agent I’ve met! ? She’s very helpful and is always there. She patiently listened to my needs, helped me to interview, then recommended me the maid who best suits my criteria. She is very honest with her feedback with regards to the maids. The 1st maid i interviewed I thought seemed ok, but after Pauline helped me to interview too, she told me the maid is not good enough for the criteria I’m looking for. There are a few times she went beyond my expectations and wow me wif her initiative and super efficient service. I needed the maid urgently and the processing work is fast. I interviewed and confirmed the maid on 16 Dec, and the maid reached Spore on 15th Jan 2021. Pauline’s replies are always very prompt and I am kept updated regularly via msgs and phone calls. They work as a team. Even if Pauline is off, her team also responds very fast and are helpful and patient to assist. I’ve called up a few agencies before I found United Channel. And I am very happy I found them. Not only is their service is excellent, their rates are also very good, as they absorb 50% of the 14 days SHN for single room and 100% for twin sharing room. I’ve already recommended to a few friends United Channel and Pauline. The maid has been in my house for one week now, and she’s great so far. (*touchwood*) Thank you Pauline especially! Really appreciate all the help u have given me. Kudos to you and your team.

One of the lousiest cleaning service engaged. Cleaner ill, didn’t turn up, I understand. Next day told me cleaner will turn up 7-9 pm. Later change to 7:30pm. It’s now 8:22 pm, cleaner is still not here. Complacent company! Always responds saying sorry I don’t know, I on leave or I off… Get your act together!

Very poor service. Almost zero response from them when there were replacement issues Worst maid agency I have come across this far. They do not respond to your queries @ all. Expert ghosting services?? Yes, definitely.

Huge time wasters, will ghost you after you complain of dissatisfactory service. The cleaner finished in three hours which is fine if she was fast and thorough. But she left very big obvious stains (huge streaks of black marks on the floor, dust on the shelf - see my photos). She shrugged and said its sticky, she doesn't know how to clean. We just used wipes to get rid of it. In the end, before she left, she told me: "I feel you are dissatisfied with the service. But this is just general cleaning. other people think I'm okay." Staff said they will call the supervisor to rectify. After 2 weeks, they have ghosted me.

Super bad experience with this agency. No sense of responsibility at all totally. Never teach helpers properly on how off days is arranged. Problem from day one. Ask for help, never respond on time. Esp Sharon from there.

To share my shocking experience with this Agency. They were not open to share the maid I was hiring was actually blacklisted by previous Employer. The truth came only when I decided to terminate maid's employment as she repeatedly use her HP during wkg hours and told me if not happy to just terminate her. Then the next employer from another Agency who took her was smart to check her records with MOM. Agent called me to ask if I knew about it. Told her if I knew, I would not have employed her & subject myself to so much unhappiness & disappointment.

When it comes to sales, they R super enthusiastic and eager to serve. After sales service is terrible. Often went missing and no replies. I took a helper from them, after 1 year, helper attitude changed. Due that the change of helper only applies within a yr, I had to return this helper because she is of no help but trouble to my baby and family. Upon hearing this, united channels is very eager to earn the agent fees again and try to offer superb service but I'm refuse to take their helper anymore due to their notorious MIA attitude. Always when ask them for help or complains, they just MIA or unwilling to help. Really disappointed in them. There are so many better agencies out there thou. Look around. I feel even the neighbourhood agencies are better than this. At least they reply.
