Huge choice of products from different brands. The lady who took care of me was nice and helpful ! A wee bit difficult for me to find but next time will be easier ?

Honestly appalled by their customer service. I am a home-based manicurist who was enquiring about their products and they abruptly cut my call without warning and did not get back to me. I tried calling back as I though that it was an accident but they did not answer. I will not purchase or patronise their store.

Went recently. On entering, I was asked if I'm purchasing for myself or for a shop. OK, weird question, but atm. Din think too much about it. Tbh, they are well stocked. That's just about the only good thing about this place. I was not made to feel welcome, but it's fine. I'm not there for coffee and tea. Anyway, #supportlocal. I picked a couple of items. Even tho the item was labelled pricier than nearby places and definitely way cheaper online. When trying to pay. I'm told there is a mark up of 30% on the labelled price as I was not buying for a shop. A 30% markup on something already more expensive that other places is too much. I declined to buy and left. I won't be patronising them again. One of the ladies was admonishing a staff member. Frankly speaking, the way it's done is not in line with modern HR practices. It's an appalling treatment of a staff member from a place that claims to be socially responsible by employing less able ppl (as stated in a previous respond to another review.) I won't patronise them ever, they are expensive. They are haughty and rude. And they could have treated the staff member better.

Really love their variety, full range. showroom so big like supermarket. Name brands products, reliable.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? From the moment you step in to leaving the shop, it’s pretty much a disaster. I was made to feel unwelcome as though the lady couldn’t wait for me to leave. And mind you, I came way before the closing time. Also her condescending attitude when replying to my questions about certain products is off-putting. NEVER AGAIN. And I will definitely warn others against patronising this place
