★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 14/07/2022 at 14.31 and met with a rude unity representative in her 50s. I was just asking if I should pay at the counter on ntuc or do I pay at the unity counter to which she replied "don't you have eyes to see so many counters? "
I was just merely asking and yet met with such reply. Don't understand why would someone place such rude rep in a zone which is mostly older folks.
Wonder if ntuc or unity cares about service attitude when they are in the service provider line.
