Watsons Singapore - Causeway Point (Click & Collect)

quite well stocked with a lot of variety. size wise its actually pretty big, but they have a lot of shelves of stuff here that it can feel a little squeezy. but i don't mind cos it just means we got more things to look at - and a variety too. staff here have been mostly helpful and friendly.

I’d like to give a negative review for this specific Watsons Store at Woodlands Causeway Point. On the 19th of January 2019 at 2.05pm I went to the watsons store at Causeway Point to get my medicinal supplies at the pharmacy. When I approached the pharmacist at the counter, she responded with an unfriendly tone and with a scowl on her face like as though I did something wrong. And just ignored my only one question and greeting towards her. If she’s busy she could just say it politely, otherwise, she’s not fit to be working on the front line especially as a pharmacist. My overall impression for Watsons at Causeway Point has changed to be negative due to this one impolite and rude pharmacist. This is not the kind of customer service that should be served there. She didn’t keep her cool nor did she project professionalism or interest in her work. Aside to that disappointment, another regular Watsons’ staff couldn’t converse in English which adds to the overall negative conclusion of the customer service provided in store. I’ve seen much better customer service elsewhere even at the coffee shop, they are more professional with their customers. It is just basic customer service etiquette, if you couldn’t do it then stay away from the front line.

One of staff, forgotten what's her name, is very helpful in giving me good advices on how to use the skincare products. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and patient when she teaches me the accurate steps to use the products with detailed and clear explanations.

Friendly staff at Causeway Watsons ready to help with my enquiries. The staff redirect me to IMM Watsons outlet after checking Watsons inventory list. I needed Batedine Liquid Bandage and have been searching around like a headless chicken since it's sold out everywhere. Thanks Watsons for saving me i wouldn't be able to work without my Batedine Liquid Bandage! Thank You!

My shopping experience here has definitely been dampened by the fact that the staff is just incapable and rude. Was charged for a bag that wouldn’t fit my purchase and collection at the same time. Not satisfied at all. I also can’t take out the voucher attached to my order and give to others because it needs to be used “on the same day”. Not good.

A big store with lots of goods and a pharmaceutical counter. Went to buy norit for my mum who's travelling to china. The staff are very friendly. Saw that I was looking for something and immediately approached me to help. The counter staff were also very friendly. Managed to flash a smile which was rare. Kudos! Great shopping.

I was shopping at Watson Causeway Point buying a yoga mat. There was a four legged walking stick which is there and I tripped and fall. There was a staff just walking pass me not asking anything and just go ahead to do their things and when I told one of the staff they should not place the walking stick there He just give me the “what” look and then just place the walking stick to another place. Until I ask for the manager and he said sorry and kept the walking stick.

Was told at Watson Causeway Point to purchase a new card but unable to activate card ending 6929. Error message: duplicate email and mobile. No reply to my emails.
