The place is so so. The stocks so so. Unity la nothing to shout about. But the lady at the checkout deserved two stars. I asked to pay by paywave with my POSB Everyday card. She asked if I have NTUC card. She patiently explained that I have LINK points to redeem. This is the type of service that is lacking in Singapore. Most staffs are disinterested and more concerned with rushing to catch bus home across the causeway. Discovered 24 Feb 2020: They have one of the most engaging pharmacist in town.

I was there at SingPost Unity pharmacy to buy zenpro medicine today around 2.30pm, there was a young Chinese staff attended to me, and told me to come back an hour later as the pharmacist is away for lunch will be back later, and all their pharmacy is offline at the moment, might need to wait awhile. I walk around and came back to Unity around 3.15pm was told by the malay staff that the pharmacist not back yet. So I tell her I'm buying this medicine Zenpro 2 boxes, and she starts to connect with the online pharmacist using the desktop and she say I need to let the camera to see me, but the camera is attached to the desktop screen and the camera was facing towards the right side, totally not facing towards me, the malay staff kept saying you tell her directly pointing at the camera, but I can't hear any sound only after I tip toe to put my ear closer to the camera then only I can hear her asking me questions like my NRIC, purpose of buying, medication for whom, any drug allergy questions.. So finally the staff say OK can, and walk to cashier counter, I saw her holding only 1 box, so I tell her is total of 2 boxes then she suddenly raised her voice, say " why never say to the pharmacists just now". The thing is I already said 2 boxes zenpro to her at the start, and how not professional the whole thing was? Then she turn and ask another guy in shirts, and he was there around 10mins already but was doing other things, and apparently this guy is their outlet pharmacist, he was here the whole time and never intend to assist us at all. He was totally like not involve, when I was standing at the pharmacy counter tiping toes speaking online pharmacist tried hear what she asking and answer back to the camera, this guy was there the whole time. The malay staff ask him, customer wants to buy 2 zenpro he answered "only 1". So I ask why is it just 1? She ask me to go to him, say he is the pharmacist. As I thought he meant was left only 1 box of zenpro, but I remembered there were more, so I ask again why is it only 1? He replied from another side of the counter " no, only can buy 1". Then I tell the malay staff to hold on at cashier, I went over to the pharmacy counter check with him, so I tell him, I've been buying 2 boxes everytime from L the pharmacy Nex, tampines, Woodlands, maybe here too, I couldn't remember. So I asked if it a new rule because I've been buying 2 boxes everytime. He say no it's controlled medicine he says. So I tell him to check, as I've been buying 2 boxes always, why only this pharmacy say not allow to. I pass him my NRIC, he says "No record shows you bought 2 boxes of the medicine here before". So I ask him why other outlet are allow to selling 2 boxes? He say "then you can go and buy from them". If you say controlled medicine, other pharmacy are allow to sell 2 boxes means it's allow to (not just 1 pharmacy) I'm fine buying a box, I can still buy from other pharmacy too, but I'm not fine with his attitude. I'm not sure if he was having kinda a bad day or something, but a pharmacist he should be more helpful and friendly. Terrible attitude staffs.
