Yang Guo Fu Mala Tang

Ordered delivery. Not sure who put the soup side ways. Thumbs up man. And portion is really small Corn is 1.60 but i only receive 1 small piece

Broth of the mala tang is flavourful prolly due to them using beef broth. They had more options of ingredients as compared to gong yuan mala tang. Price wise however its more expensive. However, a good bowl of mala tang overall! Went back for a second time however soup was a little too salty for my liking this time

If there is zero star i will definitely choose that. The staff was really attitude. Took our order wrongly and keep insisting that the problem lies with the person who order it. The lady with long hair in the picture is the staff that argued. 烂态度， 烂服务= 等倒闭. The food that was ordered wrongly, they pour away the soup and add chilli and served. In the end the food was soggy and taste horrible.

Food was okay but service makes me don't want to visit again. Lets talk about food first. All the meat are clumped togther and the vegetables are still in big pieces. Soup base was okay. But overall, gong yuan does it better. Now lets talk about the service. It is a popular place so the queue is long. But they rush people to leave the place. First instance, I stop eating to drink water. Then the staff just come to me and want to clear my bowl when there's still food left. I rejected her and she continue her work. Later, i decided to takeaway the rest of the food. When i kept my earpiece, she saw me and came over, so I tell her to pack the rest of the food. She cleared the table and ask me to leave when i haven't keep my things. She proceed to ask another person to take my table when I am not even ready to leave. From the time i asked to pack my food to the time I leave the restaurant takes less than 1 minute. Yes you want higher turnover rate but please treat customers like how you would treat yourself when you are a customer. No one will like being chased out and rushed in eating their meals. I guess the trick is just to pretend that you are still eating to keep your seats ??‍♀️

The mala tang soup was actually quite flavourful and tasted quite ok. I especially like the thick noodle (刀削面）. It is expensive for sure, service was just normal and in a hush. Hygiene condition has to be improved too.

A good staple bowl of mala. I believe the medium level of spice is comfortable for most but I'd venture into high the next time around. Loving the soup and the sauce for the dry version. Their handmade noodles are surprisingly good too!

As i cant eat beef, i had the dry version, chose low level of spiciness, wise choice. The sauce for me is like a spicy version of satay sauce. Quite different. The beef broth according to my daughter is actually pretty good. For soupy version, at least med level heat is good. Not a fan of the tomato soup. There was a very helpful mid age aunty who told us "can add soup, just inform her"!! Bravo

? Food wise: Creamy and savoury, got the 大辣, but it was not that spicy, probably toned down by the sweet and creamy soup base. Rich beef broth, tasty and savoury, love it! Noodles were cooked well, Q and chewy, so delicious! Maybe can try other types of noodles in future! The dipping sauce can be customised, so fun to mix and match the sauces and garnishes! The meat was cooked well! Tender and chewy meats, juicy and good! ✨ Ambience wise: Great place for lunch! ?? Service wise: Great! ? Price wise: $2.98 per 100g now, do use the weighing scale provided to measure how much food is intended before paying! Don't waste food ah!
