All the doctor does give you Augmentin whatever problem you have. If you come second time with the same pain you got more Augmentin.

Extremely bad experience with the doctor: a serious lack of professionalism and empathy. - - When asked for referral to a paediatrician, she becomes immediately defensive and asked whether a paediatrician is better than her and said that if the medicines she gives do not work, we must go back to her clinic. What’s the value of a second medical opinion? - Within a min or two into explaining my daughrer’s condition and had a quick check of her throat, the doctor immediately prescribed antibiotics and dismissed us. Anyone with a good knowledge and care for long term health of his/her patients (toddler) would have given a second thought or at least find an alternative. Antibiotics is a short term short cut. Definitely not the first option given alternatives. Would never visit this clinic again and strongly advice parents not to bring their kids there. One star is an over-valuation of my experience.

Worst doctor ever. I’m a breastfeeding mom and she said that breastfeeding is not important when I asked for breastfeeding safe medication. She also chased me out of the consultation room when I wanted to ask more questions about my condition, this is after I spent less than 2 minutes in the room. She said that she’s already OT-ing and literally begged me to let her go home. The nurse is unprofessional too, when she gave me my medication, all she did was to wave the medicine at me and pass it to me without saying a word.

UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE DOCTOR, if you are so afraid of patients, why not close down your clinic? My mum was CHASED OUT of the consultant room within seconds and the doctor did not do a through check. How do you conduct checks on your patients when they are asked to stay a distance away from you? The doctor would rather come out to clean the pantry table. MOH-Please investigate on this clinic and doctor. Thank you.

This clinic was lier , I had came so far , And it medication always run out of store! Been here 3 time so far , First on 2018 , sec time on 2021 Third was just 3 days ago , 2021 & 2022 , no stores , so lucky!...

So many negative reviews here but issue was not escalated further. My aunt had a bad experience yesterday. She was alone and was stongly encouraged by the doctor to take a vaccine without explaining about the cost. She was shocked when making payment. My aunt made a judgement out of trust and fear as she was alone. Please exercise caution when visiting this clinic.

My experience at Universal clinic has been great so far. The service was awesome. Had everything explained to me clearly treatment received has been effective. Thanks and appreciate.

visit this clinic at your own risk if u wanna save money (private/company) simple med like panadol can cost 2x the price (u.p 20tabs $4-6, here can go up to $10-$20) do not get "scammed" by the doc when she say shes trying to help you save money (CHAS) for ppl taking chronic med, no matter how busy you are, take from polyclinic if possible. every drug price is so high very ridiculous & price depends on who you are. very biased doc. if you dont want to take any vaccine SAY NO dont let the doc psycho you. also pls treat the nurse with respect, theyre not the one who calculate overall price. its the doctor. if your Q is taking too long when its just u waiting, the doc is probably talking on the phone with her friend. if your queue is skipped. means her friend will get to see first. also if youre having covid symptoms. DONT VISIT this clinic, simply bc idw her to earn the money plus she dont even listen to your lung, she just stand far far away bc she dont want to have the virus. "u having cough? how long? ok i give u xxx. wait outside" DONE by "professional" doctor from insider, outsider now LOL
