★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both doctors are very caring and feel the patients pain as like their own pain and treat them accordingly.
Obviously waiting time is more because crowd of patients. But its worth to wait to see such a good doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw dr Ong for my chronic cough condition. He's friendly, patient and most importantly willing to listen to your inputs before making conclusions. A far cry from the bummers you see in polyclinics. Staffs are nice and funny too. My condition has also seen improvements after the treatment. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go there a long time ago. Remember the consultation time was long as the doctor will be meticulous to determine the cause of the condition. Hence, the long waiting time, remembered waiting for 2 hours before. However, I remembered I had hives, went down to consult the doctor but he told me he does not know my condition and will have to monitor. (Went to another clinic and the doctor straight diagnose as hives)
Went down today again, stated closing time at 10pm. Reached there at 830pm and was declined away. Mentioned too many patients. Receptionist was rude. Probably would not consider or recommend ppl for this clinic ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is friendly, detailed in her checks and cheerful. Other regulars swear by her, so you know you’re in good hands. But you need to know the wait is extremely long. 30min per person so have a plan B if you feel you cannot wait.
Receptionist is the no nonsense type but friendly.
