Don't understand why the bad reviews. Very good services by the staffs. Friendly. Long q outside due to the current situation, one of the staffs even offered a chair for an elderly man to sit.

Marshalls doing good job w social distancing. Usual rude customers unwilling to wait and behave in a civilised manner. The ubiquitous Ah Pek asking his time not be wasted. And then, the harassed UOB personnel patiently doing their best. Professional, well informed and attentive. Thank you. I was directed to approach CPF, and I appreciate their assistance.

Some products offered seems decent/standard, but bankers' lacked of transparency of service charge is a huge turn off. In comparison DBS and OCBC bankers came across more transparent on their cost and it's respective condition. If you'd like to invest with UOB in this branch, i recommend to do your research on how much other bank (eg. OCBC next door) would charge for the same product (eg. Fidelity, etc) Came to the bank today to invest, but decided not to because the banker seems to be more concern selling product at highest cost vs. recommending a good fit for my investment needs. It's a shame.

Have a distinguished member of staff (YiJun) works on one of helpdesk on level 1 and has been patient when dealing with questions. Her calm manner was just what was needed when I was becoming increasingly frustrated. She was able to use her knowledge to help me. One of the best experiences tat I have been in UOB in islandwide.

2 ladies(uob customer service) SHOUT TO MY FACE saying that i need to bring my physical passport for verification to only change my residential address,they told me after 1 hr of waiting. I told them why can’t u just see the soft copy, since i have my ic with me and they can see my face anyway. Then they shout to me they need physical. I went back to home and waste another 1 hr to bring back my physical passport, which in the end STILL NOT ENOUGH for verification. Finally the problem solve by me showing the soft copy of my old passport!! Proven what they shout to me is a wrong thing!! At least if they are wrong they should say sorry and never shout to costumer face act like they know everything!!

Service suxs. No ppl queuing, need to wait dor more than 1 hour. Their staff looks very relax walk ard and chit chat
