★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad the service here, especially the lady banker named Graciana so attitude and disrespectful to the customer. The branch is very small. During lunch time there’s only available 1 counter to be serve. Expect yourself to wait at least 30 mins for any counter withdrawal or deposit. You will not get any customer service excellent here. Do take note on that. So disgruntled and disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service amongst all the UOB branch. I came to open up a account was attended by a very extremely rude lady banker Graciana. We’re your customer not someone you could vest your anger on. A retraining is needed for her. Wish the management of the UOB could look into this. It’s so wrongful of her posture and gesture. I may take my banking elsewhere in the future and perhaps even close the account with UOB. There are many other bank that deserve for me to put in my wealth. Shame on this newly opened branch ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m an existing customer whom came here to open an account. It’s similar like other reviewed. So unlucky that I was attended by the rude banker Graciana she is unprofessional. She didn’t assist my last inquiries. I’m very upset and disppointed over how UOB trained their staff, however the lady manager Samantha attempted to appease me and tried her best to not let the matters escalated any further. Look for her when you’re in the branch she is very helpful and understanding of the customer needs. It’s easy to identify her, she’s tall and thin like 172cm in height. This branch opened slightly late at 11am rather than 9.30am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has got to be the worst UOB branch ever. Just 1 number ahead of me but yet I have to wait more than 30minutes to just correct my atm PIN number that their system mess up in the first place. Front desk guy is helpless and zero customer service.
