โ โ โ โ โ Super super long wait to process just one transaction. Waited 1 hour just to add my name into join account. The customer service manually filled in the form then keyed into the system

โ โ โ โ โ Hi. Iโm writing to feedback about the excellent customer service at the Hougang Mall Branch. Her name is Angela Chan and she really made my day! I came at 4.15pm(Counter 5), Tuesday 12 October 2021. She explained everything that I was concern earlier in detail, and she is very patience and she is very sincere with her work. I was having a bad but when Miss Angela Chan served me today earlier, I felt very happy and impress with her service. Really need more people like her in the customer service line. I really hope she will have the promotion that she deserve. She even offered to throw my queue number receipt which she donโt have to at all. Thank you Miss Angela Chan for making my day! Iโm very impressed with her service

โ โ โ โ โ The front reception staffs are rude. What I need was to verify my signature for GIRO. I may have used the incorrect term. But there is no reason to be impatient with me. The two guys were like โthere is nothing we can do but verify the signatureโ which is exactly what I wanted.(?)
Nevertheless, the counter lady was nice and patient with my request.

Waited 20 mins, still no ppl. Ask again how long I've to wait, she ask me to go counter take q number will be faster.
