Given me a delivery date of 05/06/20, as the parcel is absolutely crucial to my frontline work, i took leave just to make sure i will be able to recieve the parcel waited a whole day, no parcel arrived.now i am forced to waste another day of leave. not cool, ups need to learn to honor their delivery date

UPS is the Worst delivery service in Sg. Fristly, they delivered package at 2pm on a working day, no issues with this, then when I called to check if I could pick up my package at the Changi base it arrived too late at the collection. Their staff Mr.Louis informed me that package will delivered the following day. Still no issues with this. When I called in to check the following day, their hotline staff said it’s still in their Changi base and sent for delivery and I had to collect it myself if want the package urgently or less it only delivered on the 3rd day. Now I was frustrated but still I made my way to the Changi base to collect my package as I needed it urgently. When I reached the UPS Changi at 8pm after work from CCK, waited for 10 mins and Mr. Louis met me at the guard house at 8.10pm and said the package is out for delivery. I was shocked! I told him that this staff from the hotline told me to collect if I needed it by today. He said they hotline are based on Philippines and the information about delivery is not reflected in their system. How does this become my problem?! This poor operation standard by UPS cost me 2 hours of travel time and 2 days of waiting time. Worst still no apology from Mr.Louis. He even said that I should have called on his office line like it’s my fault for not checking. Even their online tracking stated that it’s still in the Changi base for collection till now! Worst postage Service! You don’t see such issues with our local postage services.

It is worst nightmare with UPS COURIER 1.PROBLEMS ARE VERY POOR COORDINATION FOR DELIVERY AND TOTALLY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVEN IF U CALLED THEM. 2.INTERNATIONAL COURIER MONEY WASTED AND NOT PROPER DELIVERY IN TIME COMPLETE WASTE FOR MONEY. 3.GO FOR SELF COLLECT AND YOU HAVE TO STAND OUT LIKE A DOG FOR 30 MINS TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL ON THE ROADS. No grievances cell at all. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND FOR ANYBODY. TIME AND MONEY TOTAL WASTE. Thanks Venky.

They are dishonest and lie to their customers. I was on my way to pickup from depot and UPS depot called and said their driver may be too rushed to return my package to depot for my pickup so they promised they will deliver to me by end of day as they will be in my area. Sominturnwd around and returned home. I called customer service end of day to ask where my package was and they said it will be delivered as promised. End of day ,customer service hotline closed and no package. Worst thing is, the updated tracking states customer advised to change back to depot pickup which is complete lie and deceitful. My only assumtion is they are trying to fraud their own kpi or sla system. This is for an Amazon purchase. Amazon should rethink about using UPS in Singapore.

If there was a zero I'd put a zero. Claimed to have attempted delivery 5 times but all 5 times didn't even ring the doorbell or try to alert me of their coming. I was at home and even asked my housemates to keep a look out. Asked the operator if the delivery man can just call me and they said they don't have service phone. What century does this company operate in? After the pathetic 5 tries they held the parcel in storage and want me to come pick it up myself. Hello is it my fault that I couldn't hear the delivery person's footsteps or am I expected to sit at the door waiting for them all day?? Called the operator and they said they'd tried to contact me and would contact me again but my phone whole day nobody called, my phone number hasn't changed in years and they confirmed it 3 times. Sad thing is I can't even have a say in who delivers my stuff because the service was picked by the seller, not me.

Reception is very slow. Only dropping off product but must fill in a form for temperature taking like in hospitals. I already had all the forms for parcel drop off ready but I had to wait for one guy to come out and receive it who didn’t know I was the first customer so he attended to another first. A drop off took me 20mins when it should have been 5. Receptionists could have been more helpful since usually they should be able to do admin.

Worst customer service. Paul was absolutely impatient and rude. I requested for a self collection. Reached there, i was told by the customer service lady that it will be here at 10 plus. Reaching 11pm, it hasnt arrived yet! Each of them have a mysterious innate force that from the company.... not onward but bavkwards!

Called up for assistance on using the website for quotation. First call put to a pretty polite customer service officer but unfortunately was cut off due to presumably poor connection so I didn’t receive the assistance I needed. Called back a second time and was answered by a rather reluctant customer service officer who was more keen to send me self-help guide than to support over the call even though we are already connected. Nonetheless, I managed to figure out the bug in UPS website and got what I needed & ended the call. As i thought about the 2 differing experiences, it then dawned on me that I had β€œagreed to a call recording” for the first call and opted for no call recording for the second call. Hope this helps the next caller!
