My item was supposed to be delivered today (31 Dec 2019, Singapore time). I received a text 18.18hrs that the item would be delivered in the following 90mins. However, immediately after that I received another message that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Our security informed me that the delivery guys left at 17.31hrs. Seriously?! And no phone calls before delivery like most other delivery companies in Singapore. The link to reschedule the delivery only has option for self-collection. Nobody is picking up at customer service hotline. We are in the year 2020! Unbelievably irresponsible and unethical business practice.

The worst delivery service I ever encountered. I made an order on ASOS, and from their side everything was perfect till the parcel reached Singapore. First, it was delayed with no explanation. Second, I was not able to get through any phone line they provided. Third, after some days of delay they just sent me a message that they attempted to deliver, but no-one was there (and how could I, if I had no clue where my order was and they never warned me). I tried to reschedule the delivery, managed to do it after half a day on the phone line. On the due day I spent the whole day at home, and they just did not show up even after sending a message that they would arrive in 90 min. And yeah, the links they send in SMS are invalid. I already reached out to ASOS, as I can't place orders if they use such bad companies for delivering.

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience with GEM Worldwide. Dealt with them twice, first encounter was normal, fuss free. Impressed by my second encounter with them -- Was initially annoyed when I called in to check what was going on with my package and why it was a failed delivery, but the staff on the line very patiently explained the process to me and even helped me re-direct and reschedule my delivery immediately. Package came the next day and the delivery guy was very friendly, polite and nice too.

Their customer service was great esp Cyrus! As my delivery clashed with the circuit breaker period, I was unable to receive it from my office hence I've asked for assistance via email to change the del address. Cyrus contacted me the next day and advised the necessary changes. Received the parcel successfully. The customer service lady even called to informed that the delivery has arrived. :)

Absolute worst delivery service hands down I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I am only 22 years old this year, but I know this will probably stay as one of the worst even in my future. I received a missed delivery text somewhere on Tuesday / Wednesday earlier this week. The text messages were so vague I weren't even sure if they were delivering. They did not even attempted to call me, which I would have given the permission to leave it outside my apartment. Following which, I received an email to reschedule my delivery, which was to Friday (today). I made an effort to come home early only to have the parcel still not delivered today and I couldn't track where my order is at all with the link given in my email. You have one job and this is my first time using this service provided and it is already so severely disappointing. Poor communication and no effort. Edit: After a feedback to ASOS, which they say they have relayed to GEM Worldwide, I have received my parcel the next day (Saturday morning). Thanks for fixing the problem.

Just about as bad as it gets. Over 1 week late in delivery. The SOP is about as poor as it gets. The first delivery attempt was done when I wasn't home - and instead of calling and asking what the options were, there was just a text message after the fact to ask me to reschedule. The next available redelivery date happens to be 4 days away. Fine, I gave them permission to leave it at the shoe rack and rescheduled a delivery. The redelivery date came and went. And then I got a message that they couldn't access my premises. I was dumbfounded ... I was home all the time, there was a guard at the condo who would let them in anyways (because how else would they have accessed it the first time?), and they didn't even bother to call? And then, it took them another 2 days before I got a message asking to reschedule, and the link to reschedule doesn't even work. So I ended up having to call them to reschedule. All this over one e-commerce package. You will surely think a few billion times before handing them anything business or time sensitive to deliver, I'm sure. Just pack up and shut down your business, will you?

Similar experience- apparently there was a failed delivery although there were people at home. I opted for self collection but there’s no email telling me when and where to collect my parcel. The email on the website doesn’t work and it has been more than a week since they updated their tracking site. WHERE IS MY PARCEL??!

Terrible. I was sent an email to let me know that there was some problem with delivery address and my parcel couldn't be delivered. I managed to change the delivery date but there was no way to update the address, nor direct information how to contact customer support by phone. Not sure how will this resolve but facing inability to update delivery address or contact the support is ridiculous.
