Staffs: The staff is quite freindly.
Location: It is located at basement of Change Alley Mall, it is near to RP MRT station.
Recommendation: The gym is closed every Sunday, Maybe the management consider to open the gym on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started with this gym this year and we like it! very clean, very well thought of classes and most importantly not mad crowded like all the other gyms so we dont have to queue up for classes when we book or when we go. Very big shower rooms and very clean facilities. Jun who works there is very good as well / non pushy, very informative, helpful and different from other gym customer service professionals - if you are looking for a gym at CBD, you can consider here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is very clean and not crowded. Very convenient to reach by public transport. Very good place to workout after a day of work.
Have my personal training there with trainer Kelvin. He's knowledgeable and planned the training well for me to reach my goals. He adjusts the training to suit the client's needs. Arrangement of training session with him is very flexible, he makes time to meet client's schedule. He always conduct after session follow-ups to check on how well I cope with the training.
10/10 would recommend him if you are looking for professional personal training

My trainer Kelvin is an excellent personal trainer. He's extremely knowledgeable and does well to encourage me when the trainings get tough. He is friendly so it is easy to break the ice and he really puts in effort to understand my goals and needs.

Got a few sessions under him, he knows how to target the proper muscle groups for different outcomes too. He definitely is a well versed trainer who can be trusted! The gym has nice facilities as well which is a great deal too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located very near Raffles Place MRT. You can access via basement from Raffles Xchange to basement 1 of Change Alley and take escalator down to Urban Den.
Very clean gym. There are 4 Dyson hairdryers available for use. Sufficient lockers and shower rooms.
I enjoyed Eduardo's RPM classes. . Great workout and great music.
