โ โ โ โ โ Finding a good hair dresser you can trust is no easy feat. That's why I am very grateful to have found Jonathan from Urban hair. It could not be more centrally located and everyone is very friendly. I could also get my hair washed for days here. Addictive.

โ โ โ โ โ Superb attention to detail for one of the best salon experience I've had. Wide variety of beverages, lavender oil and hot towel to freshen you up as you arrive, firm scalp massage and talented stylist all at a reasonable price compared to the competition in its class.

Was serviced by Xiao Yuan, Xia Mi and Jun.
My hair was spoilt from all the bleaching and colours, and I wanted to make it look a natural ash colour. The three of them were fantastic!! Will definitely come back for sure. They are experienced, friendly and have great knowledge on how to neutralise unwanted colours from hair. Thank you!!

โ โ โ โ โ It's a pity they moved from the spacious club-like top floor of Tangs to the fourth floor. Now it looks like any hair salon in a shopping mall. That said, it's always calm and serene, even when it's crowded. And the hair washing is a treat, as the assistants are not functional about it. They make sure customers get a good scalp and temple massage. The hair stylists all have different degrees of talkativeness and personalities, so once you've built a relationship with one I suggest sticking to him (I haven't seen a female stylist there, come to think of it).
Only odd feature is the cashier who is situated outside the salon.

โ โ โ โ โ Janet has been providing me quality haircuts since 2011 when she was in Lush until working here as one of the stylists. She is best known for her precision haircuts, and I am always satisfied with the hairstyle everytime. As a customer, I feel pampered and valued whenever I visit here from the start until the end. Nice ambience too, although the previous location at the top floor of Tangs was way better and classier.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for a hair wash and this was one of the most expensive hair wash I have ever paid for. There was no head massage like what other reviews here said. What the stylist did was just scrubbing my scalp and blow dried my hair, no styling or whatsoever. In fact, my scalp itches after I went home. Giving two stars because the salon looked nice and stylist was friendly. Would not be coming back
