Was served by most OUTSTANDNING salesman in phone industry so far. My husband and i was looking around in this booth which sells phones & accessories. We enquired your outstanding salesman regarding our Samsung Galaxy S8 issue as it can’t be turn on. Your kind salesman simply did a software reset (I Guess) without even asking for my permission at the start as we do know all the docs in my phone will be gone after being reset.
I’ve tried to ask him ways of getting back my docs as it’s very important to me which contains many work projects etc.
Your outstanding salesman’s reply was just simply sweet & nice with a simple sentence of “Oh, after reset, it can’t be saved. $50 charge for this turn back on reset”
What a rip off!!!!!!!
