I really really x100 regret coming to this salon. The way the stylist chop up my hair i could've done it myself at home ?. She just grab and cut really horrible not only was it way shorter than what what i wanted, the ends were messed up and choppy looking!! ???Took her less than 5mins and $31 to finish my cut and i look like a ragged dog. Avoid the aunty with the bowl cut golden hair.

Last Mon my gal went this for a perm, the hair stylist told my gal that this perm is only can last for one month but next day the perm was gone. I paid for $130 and told my gal that is short lasting must well she get a temporary curl? Never never go there again.

Usually go to QB house. Haircut here costs $22. For twice the price, you would expect the service and quality to be twice as good. Middle aged lady with Bowl hairstyle helped to cut High Slope. The end result at the top of my head is to have the right side visibly lower than the left. When I asked her to make it even, she blatantly said the right side of my head is caved in. Not something that I am aware of for someone with an inverted egg shape head. She proceeded to "revise" it by cutting the right side even shorter than before. If other hairdressers are able to do so for half the price, why can't you? Really not worth the price, worst haircut in my life. Edit: went back and she fixed with a trim

Saw one of their own stylist with a nice haircut so I approached her to ask who cut her hair for her. She said it's by their lady boss Susan. Confident that she can deliver the same (a good hair cut) for me, I booked her at 6.50pm. She confidently told me she would definitely be ready when I reached. Ended up I waited until 7.15pm. This is not a very key issue, if her skills are good. I showed her couple of pics that I shortlisted...Susan sounded like "there's nothing to cut at all if I had to follow those styles I had chosen." So I seek her advice.... She showed me some shots and we agree to go for one of them. Ended up what she cut is far from what the pic was. And my sides also not balanced. The worse is most stylist would cut the sides for pixie look....she uses a shaver. She should go back to school and relearn everything. I go to QB before....even QB stylist did a better job than Susan and she charge $23 for a cut while QB only $12.

Charge my niece for a 10minute trimming of hair 28 dollars at adult price. She is only 11+ Years old. but they refuse to charge child rate. Price was not made known prior to cut. And hair cut was Super uneven. Usually prior to cutting the stylist would spray some water to wet the hair but they did not even do so. Just started sniping away immediately. And when I complained the stylist said nobody cuts so even. ?

Personally had a terrible experience at this salon (might even be my worst). I went there for a cut (trim my ends to even it out) and wash. I refused do add treatments to the wash cause it was super expensive (3 digits). However, the lady with the “Karen” haircut got pretty aggressive or that’s her natural state, I’m not quite sure. I’m trying to accept my jagged hair now (see pic), but the way she washed my hair was so painful that I felt like a lot of my hair was pulled off and my skin hurt from all the aggressive scratches. The water even splashed around my face all the way to my arm. I’ve literally never experienced such bad hairwash because usually hairdressers try not to get water in your face and scratch the scalp too roughly.

Haven't been here since a decade ago. It was my last resort since I was occupied the whole week. Thankfully the service I got this time was better than my previous visit. Thanks to Kelly, she did cut my hair twice as I couldn't made up my mind but she was very patient to my expectations. I trust her hands and skills and I would high likely come back for my haircut here. To the hands of Kelly.

One of the best places to get my hair done at my neighbour! I would always book a reservation under a lady named "Kelly". She provides efficient service & recommended me a suitable hair colour. She's friendly too ☺️ 100% recommended :) Did a haircut, with treatment & highlights. I can say it's affordable.
