Was sick of my long hair and went to Urban Tress. Left it to the professionals there for a makeover. Was such a great experience and it made me look so much younger!

Used to hair salon hop around the area. Have since converted into a regular of Urban Tress Salon. Always have a great experience, with free drinks and a short head massage after the cut. The lady stylish had almost 16 years experience at Far East Plaza prior. Definitely recommend to give it a try!

Went here because the hair salon had such great reviews online and within the expat community on social media. Unfortunately, my experience with this salon did not live up to its expectations. My hair has been cut very bizarre, short on the front part, but left a long mullet on the back. Also, I requested them to not cut too many layers, but the hairdresser did the opposite. I have so many layers now that I can't have it fixed, only to let it grow out. I feel the hairdresser might have been rushed and therefore did not take the adequate time to discuss my wishes. A tip for the hairsalon: take the time to ask what the client wants and perhaps ask for photos to make it clear. Gets a two star for the kind service and massage.

If you want to get a makeover or a really good hair cut, Jeanie is the one for you. Her products are of good quality. She even goes the extra mile to guide you on how to style your new look. She is vibrant and fun too! Thanks Jeanie- I'm totally loving my pixie cut!

Have had many positive experiences here with J! She listened made some recommendations and after a few visits my hair was no longer brassy and dull. She had fixed my temperamental locks.

Friendly, professional and efficient hair dresser! Recommended! Decided to try a different hair stylist. My sister recommended this salon and we decided to head down together. Jeannie, the owner and hair stylist, was really welcoming and friendly. She greeted me and sat me down prompted. She made the effort to understand my lifestyle and immediately understood what are the kind of hair styles that best suits me and my life. (She described it as “Wash and Wear”) Did a cut and highlight which took about 2.5hrs. The lady who washed my hair was fabulous, making sure the water temperature was right and i was comfortable. After the wash, she placed a warm towel on my shoulders and gave me a quick neck and head massage which was fab. The salon had a simple and modern decor. My favorite thing was the cloth that they wrap over you to cut your hair, it had a transparent opening so you could use your mobile phone while they are cutting or treating your hair. Tip: Save on your data and ask for free WiFi access!

Always satisfied! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Friendly, professional, and very good with any type of hair. I've always find it tricky to find a good hairdresser for my wavy hair here in Singapore but this is the place to be!
