SUMMARY While I get the novelty of a black coloured waffle, I'd advise to go for the normal waffle instead. Actually let me refine my recommendation; go for the ice-cream, and skip the Waffle - it is not worth the price. Note: this place doesn't accept VISA pay wave, so bring cash if you are not Singaporean. SERVICE Service was as expected. Food arrived within 5-10 min. They broughf the food upstairs to where we were sitting. Thumbs up! FOOD If price is not a consideration in your life I'd say go for the normal waffle + ice-cream as the charcoal waffle has a slight taste of soy sauce. Order the charcoal waffle if your IG profile is important to your notion of self-worth. We will be returning however we will only be ordering their selection of ice-cream. I'd like to highlight the watermelon flavoured ice-cream! AMBIENCE Go up the stairs (to the right of the store front) and you will find yourself in a cozy space. One advise to the owners: please consider fixing the reverberation.

Waffles are priced almost two times more than most places, typically ~ 6+ for a full waffle. Herez waffles go for half at 5 and full at 9. It was served slightly crisp and cakey. They've a great variety of ice creams, but sized smaller than most. Would recommend to try their ice creams. PS, looked forward to trying their PB banana but apparently was told it hasn't been on the menu for 2 years.

I really really like this place because not only do they have good ice cream (amazing strawberry sorbet, tastes like the home made strawberry jam that my neighbor's mum used to make), THEY SERVE WATER. UNPROMPTED. The level of service here is just unparalleled by any other ice cream shop I've been to. Overall, true 8/10 performance.

Had a superb loaded cookies and cream ice cream on a freshly baked wafer cone. The name doesn't do it justice! Jammed pack with crumbly cookies and super creamy ice cream, definitely a spot worth revisiting! All items is handmade so do give it a go!

A quiet place to have hand made ice cream near beauty world mrt. They have a nice range of flavours to choose from. Me and my family got the earl grey, rose and banana crumble all in cups. The earl great was very smooth and had a goof flavour, it was not too strong and not too light. The rose also came with pistachio bites and has a very relaxing flavour. Was not a big fan of the banana crumble as I don't like bananas but those who are fan of bananas would like it. Overall the ice cream was good but the seating area was a little tiny. It's a 2-storey shop but they only have around 3-4 tables on the 2nd floor for seating. The first floor is their kitchen.

Definitely one of the better ice cream and waffle places in Singapore. The waffle was crispy on the outside yet able to retain it's moisture on the inside. Able to maintain the crispiness when the ice cream was melting as well. Ordered the Naughty Grandma Apple Pie and the Earl Grey. Both were great. Love how the apple pie was well spiced with cinnamon. Will be back when I am in the area.

Amazing hole on the wall cafe with amazing waffles… they are crispy all round and soft inside. And the reason there are no photos of waffles is because they were consumed before we had a chance to take a photo! ? A bit more expensive than other waffle joints for the waffle, but definitely worth it for a treat once in a while.
