I can understand any logistics company providing local ground delivery at times may be overwhelmed by orders during promotional season. However, of all the logistic companies engaged by Lazada and Shopee, it’s clear cut that NinjaVan is the undisputed worst delivery β€œpartner”. Urban fox is responsive and methodical in helping you to achieve the β€œnext-best” solution if there’s any hiccup to the original arrangement. They called me to inform me instead of email which I must say I’m pretty touched. At the end of the day, we all know the item will be delivered. It is how these companies handle the in-between stuff that provides the real overall satisfaction (or dissatisfaction). Urban fox does this well.

Terrible. Expect me to wait from 9am to 6pm. Called customer service TWICE, supposed to get back to me about delivery driver location and nobody called. I can't wait. Need to go out already. *** Left house at 5.05pm. Received failed delivery sms at 5.33pm.

Got a sms on 09/04/22 that item will be delivered from 9-10pm. As there was no one at home, I selected the β€˜leave at riser option’. Subsequently, item was marked as delivered at 5.18pm. When I got home, checked the riser, check my door step etc. No item received. As it’s a Saturday, I can’t get to their call centre. Basically, no way to know where is my parcel. Can some one please revert to me

Received a message that said my package is arriving between 9am - 10pm. Ensure someone is home to receive it. Went outside ti check several timesI as i need the item before the long weekend. t's is now more than 2 hours overdue & delivery guy couldn't even bother to call or message

We have made online orders from small businesses who have been using UrbanFox as their delivery service partner and the experiences have been extremely terrible. UrbanFox always prompt notification of order being shipped but orders never came until 3 days-2 weeks later. And each time the parcel came, they were filled with extremely (not exaggerating here - kid you not) heavy cigarette smell. Today's experience was the worse; we had two delivery guys delivering one small parcel of books (very productive use of manpower?) while smoking heavily at our door. We never had to open all of our home windows ever, but today was the first because the cigarette smell pervaded our entire home (which by the way took 10 mins to get rid of). What made us the most furious was them ringing the doorbell when we had an A3 size note providing a gentle request for delivery personnels to text or call instead of ringing the doorbell because our baby was sleeping. As customers, we have provided feedback to these small businesses as well as avoided choosing this deliver partner if given a choice but today was the last straw. These negative feedback will not be here if it did not happen repeatedly. We urge the company to relook at your QC of delivery personnels if you would like your business to continue.

I have ordered Iphone 13 from Istudio on 11/07/22 and received email from this logistic that my parcel is delivered on 10:18 pm last night (15/07/2022, Sat). So, we have checked many times until 12am and nothing received. This morning, I contact to this customer service number as per email that my parcel has not received since status showed β€œDELIVERED” last night 10:18 PM. 1st call, they said we will check and update today or Monday?? Then I have to worry about my parcel in this weekend until they update me again. Then, 2nd call, they said our technical error and need to check with driver, we will update you again??? DO YOU THINK IS IT A BEST SERVICE AND ALSO A BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Lastly, I send email again to customer care to take action by today. Also NO RESPONSE. Until now NOBODY UPDATE ME ALSO. THE STATUS IS SHOWN AS DELIVERED AND PARCEL IS NOT RECEIVED. That makes your customer worrying that parcel has been lost or something else. No action taken until now. Please be aware that your bad service destroy my weekend and I am really unsatisfied due to technical error and some more non responsible action to customers.

Great customer service. I msg them on fb about a parcel. I thought it was delayed by them but instead it’s the seller who forgot about my order and updated wrongly that UrbanFox has picked up the parcel. The CS reply and called me within minute to check with me what was the issue. After I feedback to seller , seller immediately dispatched the parcel and I received next day. UrbanFox even followed up with me to check if I received the parcel. Really surprised by their great service ( which is rare these days.) Really quick delivery service and responsive Customer service. Hope you keep up the good work!

Was informed at 10am that delivery will be between 9am - 10pm. Waited till 8pm with zero updates. 1. What kind of time frame is this? Are customers expected to stay home the entire day to wait for delivery, especially for products above certain value? 2. Tried using order tracking system. Same outcome. Only information provided "parcel will be delivered between 9am-10pm." Zero update on parcel location. 3. Tried clicking on "leave parcel at" option, hoping that it can be a self collection method, no. The only options provided were "leave at riser", "leave at doorstep", "leave at shoe rack". Extremely "secure" methods. Noted similar reviews from a year ago, certainly makes one wonder if urban fox takes in customers reviews seriously to improve their system.
