Courier service never come to pick up the collection yet they had the audacity to tell me the pick up “failed”, not once but many times now. My husband and I have been home on all these occasions when they said they were here, i guess one of us is lying. We have been successful with many courier services but this one always “failed to pick up”. Customer service also doesnt work, noone ever picks up the call. Worst courier service ever in Singapore.

It is a nightmare having to deal with this courier company. Had to return SHEIN package to this assigned company but they do not reply to emails and they do not answer calls. Their couriers too do not answer calls. When pick up was arranged, they did not turn up! I encountered twice and it has been a month since and no collection has been made. Package was placed outside the door as advice but courier did not turn up and immediately, a sms stated failed delivery was sent! Such a terrible experience.

I had successfully submitted a return request for SHEIN on 1st June. There was a note saying that there could be 7 days delay for Kerry Xpress to collect the items. I tried calling and it’s either I couldn’t get through or no one answered. Yesterday I received a sms saying that the item will be collected today (10 June) between 8am to 10pm. So I placed the item on the shoe rack outside for Kerry to collect. I just came back home around 12am and the item is still there. For fear of the item being lost, I had to bring it in first. Why is Kerry Logistics so messy now?? Your service used to be good but now your standard has gone down. I just need ti know exactly which day to put the item outside - this one also you cannot advise?? What a disappointment.

Really strange; up until my last two orders, I had no issues with them collecting my return items. Now, they keep smsing me "failed attempt" for pick-up. This is completely untrue as I have ensured that I am always home. No-one presses the bell and no-one even calls, so I am convinced they haven't even come to my address to collect. I had to reschedule 4 to 5 times and they kept informing me that the pickup had failed. I got so frustrated and expected this to go on forever that I finally contacted SHEIN to inform them that the courier company they use in SG are unreliable and many people complain. Within 2 days, someone finally came to collect my returns. I recommend you doing the same if you face the same issues.

I had arranged for a pick up from my Condo for a parcel return. Kerry Logistics gave you a window of 10AM-10PM (which is understandable). Their delivery individual calls me at 11:15AM and tells me to come down as he doesn't want to park his vehicle. I was stuck in a work conference call and couldn't leave my desk. I insisted he park his vehicle as it is impossible for me to come down and the fact that I was paying for a home-pick up. He failed the pick-up attempt in the system and left. As expected with all these third rate logistics companies, no one ever answers their helpdesk/phone. So far I have been unable to reach the company. Incredibly poor and disorganized service. I would not recommend Kerry Logistics if they continue to hire lazy individuals to run their operations. Also - if you look at all their 5-star reviews, you'll notice no comments and no feedback. They appear fake just to boost their miserable ratings.

Today is the 21st of May, 2022, I was surprised to receive a call from the person who picked up my parcel earlier than I expected this early evening. He was courteous and worked with me on a timing. He responded quickly and provided good and efficient home pick-up service. I appreciate his hard work and I am grateful for this service, it makes returning a parcel very convenient.

Horrifying customer experience. What is the point of having phone numbers and email addresses when no one even replies? Arranged for pick up 4 times - no one ever comes. Sends them emails to seek a resolution - zero replies. I’m seriously annoyed and upset because this has happened countless times throughout the entire year. Only when the shop’s customer care team passes on my complaint to Kerry, I get an automated message to apologise for the “late reply” and that the pickup will be urged. It has been close to a month and 3 full parcels are still waiting at my doorstep. Guess I should have known better by the 1 star reviews. Won’t be using their services anymore.

I would give a zero if i could, but that is not possible. Giving zero stars because it is not even worthy of one. Was informed of a return parcel pick up on 15 March, 10am to 10pm. Not complaining about the pickup time. However, to accommodate the timing, i cleared out my day's schedule. Waited the whole day and nobody came to pick the parcel. This morning, tried calling the centre several times, but there has been nobody answering the phone. Seems to me they are operating like a bogus company. I have never experienced such bad customer service ever.
