As a metropolitan Singaporean gentleman whose past time includes self-care and keeping immaculate, I am very happy with Dr Goh’s practice, located in the heart of Orchard. He doesn’t just sell a new package or a common new skin treatment, but rather, his good eye really helped holistically yet acutely target my skin. Beyond helping me consistently and effectively improve my skin’s appearance and overall condition, he then helped sell a newfound confidence in me, through me. Although I am someone who frequents Orchard, the neat metropolitan clinic next to DBS Treasures at Takashimaya still stood out as a pleasant surprise to me- marked out by its convenience! It totally gave me the feeling that taking care of my skin there would supplement my daily yoga routine at Taka! Hahaha. Do check them out, if you’re a frequent visitor of Ngee Ann. Also, big compliments to the customer service team. As someone who works in administrative roles myself, I often get frustrated when trying to ask for follow ups; but the administrative team, a young gentlemen and some ladies; were nothing but attentive and polite! Making me feel very welcome even while waiting for my appointment. The clinic is also well managed and very organised, making the overall experience quite pleasant (to me, quite rare for an orchard road aesthetics experience).
