I agree with the poor service but mine was from enquiry via Facebook. Very cold and hostile reply. You have nice stuff but if you don't manage your customer service well you are going to bring down your image

My first visit ---I did find & bought a nice CNY (cheongsam) romper from this shop @ $138 though it was costly but understand thats their price range, and to me the clothing material is not too bad but I WAS greatly disappointed at the Zipper they use, can tell is a normal or rather a cheap small zip which is not user-friendly ,this is the part i do not like cos we r paying such high price, I suggest in future they should consider better quality zipper brands like "ykk"

If i am able to give zero star, I would have given it. I went to the shop hopeful to buy a shirt in a happy mood. Only to be shouted and scolded at by the sales lady. I am taken aback with this kind of bad service. I have never encountered such service locally or aborad before. It is truely an horrific experience. I felt bullied and abused and threatened.

I love the Instagram posts, the wonderful clothes. Used to buy stuff from their place in parkway as I find online shopping a bit difficult with their clothes (have to see where the random placement of the batik print is when worn) . During phase 1 of circuit breaker they even gave me masks from indonesia. Then after a long absence due to covid, I ventured back to their store to enquire on all my favorites I’ve been checking out on the online store. WOW! The old auntie there didn’t even want to make eye contact with me when I asked her about each item! She kept staring at her phone. Finally at the last query she shouted at me “NO MORE STOCK ALREADY - anyway only got size S !!!!” Well, no stock is not the same as having S, and I do wear S but obviously she didn’t want to serve me. Because of your bad customer service, no matter how many great IG posts you put up, you’ve lost this customer.

Chanced upon this shop at Parkway Parade outlet. Was interested in 1 of the pieces but the sales woman did not even bother to attend to me. Worse was she started rearrange the range I had touched. She was rude to 1 Customer in the shop. OMG... how to buy? Why don't you put a signboard to stop people from coming in? Who is the boss? It's just chasing customers away! I want Happy buy and not angered on my purchase. What is problem with that WOMAN!!
