★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine was faulty and suck the token without washing. Tried another machine... same situation, another faulty machine. Called the 24hr hotline multiple times at noon yet no response. Send text message, also no reply. Very bad experience and another users having same experience as me.

Placed my bag under medium heat in the dryer and some rubberised parts got torn off.... but there was a warning about it on the dryer so guess i traded time and efficiency for the tears.
Bring notes, they accept their own tokens not coins. Best bring small change like $2 notes. Else, alot of small businesses nearby you. can exchange with
