A no frills neighborhood shop with cheap, tasty drinks and more. The auntie is nice and friendly. Still my favorite bbt despite the competition around.

Been drinking bubble tea from this shop since 7 years ago and the taste is still the same! Price is not too high too! $2.20 for a large cup of flavoured bubble tea!

the shop owner was quite rude to my friends and i. my friend bought cup noodles from the shop while my other friend and i went to another bubble tea shop as the price were reasonable and had more options. however , as my friend was at this bubble tea shop , we went back to WAIT fot her to finish. we did not touch the food from another shop. the shop owner screamed at us at the top of her lungs and no mattet how many times we told her we were waiting for a friend who bOUGHT from her shop and did not touch our fOOD ,, she just kept on screaming . she could have solved this in a more calm and mature way but she did not. we did not touch the other food but she assumed otherwise which was definity not wise

Take it from me and DO NOT come here. (Especially if you are buying foods and drinks from elsewhere). Having gone to another bubble tea store with 2 friends of mine,we went to this store to buy a packet of fries to takeout,on the go.When we simply set our stuff on one of the empty tables and picked it up as soon as we put it down (the drink were cold and we had no plastic bags),the owner (a 40-50 yr old auntie) berated us and shouted at us that we cant bring outside drinks there (understandable,of course). Afterwards,my friends got up and waited at the side (mind you,they werent even consuming the drinks.They remained unopened) while i went to order the fries. Standing there for about 12 minutes,i was dumb enough to think that i simply wasnt in the queue. 3 customers afterwards,where i checked no other customers were around ,i asked if i could order a packer of fries in a soft tone. (i was scared shitless.Never had a stranger just shout at me without much reason). The reply? "我不买!走开!这些泡泡茶。。。" (I wont sell it!Go away!These bubble tea...) At that point in time,i was just too shocked to say or even do anything. Understanding we were not welcomed,me and my friends just simply walked away,where she continued hollering at us,enough for everyone else present to just eye us like some kind of freak show.Never experienced such EMBARRASEMENT without reason! Tldr; Mean auntie,chases away potential customer and business.Gets triggered and treats you like air (better yet, not even in existence) when she sees you with other store's bubble tea,albeit whether you were drinking it or not.

the owner was very rude. one of our friends had bought cup noodles form the owner and the rest of us bought food from elsewhere. we weren’t a very big group (around 3) but when we went to the stall to sit while waiting for our friend to finish, the lady berated us and asked us to get out. one of our friends tried to clarify the issue and explained to the owner nicely that we were just waiting for our friend and that we weren’t eating. still, she humiliated us in front of everyone and did not spare a thought to us. she cursed at us in chinese and continued shouting at us. no one should have been humiliated like that. she coup have simply asked us to leave nicely and explain to us her rationale but instead chose to shout and use vulgar language. the review says that it is “good for kids” but i would beg to differ. please don’t send your kids or bring anyone to this wretched place. the owner needs to change her stinking attitude towards others. please avoid this stalk to save yourselves from her tyranny

My weekly dose of bubble tea and crispy waffle since 12 years ago. Auntie is friendly and quality of food is consistent throughout the years! Recommend the avocado milkshake made with real avocado ?

Even though I haven't returned in 2 years (moved house to a different location), the auntie still recognized me as her regular customer. Prices are still the same as before. She added some new and interesting drinks to the menu (which I didn't try to be honest) and the other miscellaneous foodstuffs are still exactly as good as I remembered. The auntie was very patient even though I was fickle-minded about what food to choose. Overall will recommend

I'm a regular here but am very disappointed with my recent transaction. I ordered two packets of fries and went off to run some errands, but the auntie only started preparing after i came back. Despite that, she only gave me 1 packet of fries. So, I explained that I ordered 2 packets and she also gave me change for the price of 2 packets, hence she should be aware. To my surprise, she repeatedly said, "Ah boi 不要这样" and her voice got louder. Eventually, i just left as i don't want to create a commotion.
