V Bread - 629 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4

This bakery located at Block 629 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4. The staff allow the female customer to use her hand (without glove) to pick up a loaf of bread from the cooling tray and brought it out of the shop to show the owner. When the owner on the wheelchair doesn't want to buy, the female customer put the item back to the cooling tray. When I feedback to the cashier at the counter, she simply ignore my feedback and that is rude! I told another staff in the shop, she told me this same female customer has been doing that for many times. Apparently staffs in the shop know about this female customer but never put a stop to it and still allow it to happen. I wish to highlight the importance of hood hygiene and especially during this COVID-10 period, staffs of V Bread ought to be even more careful on food hygiene. This female customer hands must have touched many things before she touched the loaf of bread that is not wrap up.

The curry bun is very soft, traditional and full of childhood memories. The honey cake is something hard to find nowadays, soft and very nice. Other buns are also soft and light, better than the branded bread shop both in terms of taste and price!!!

Bought few times from this shop. Quite interesting breads they have. They have cakes and some other things as well. Price wise was cheap because it is neighborhood bakery type. Bread was soft and tasty. They also open early. I came around 8am and got few people on the queue already for breads.
