Doctors were very detailed during their consultations and they were friendly.

Dr Ng is super friendly and super accommodating, would visit again if i have any medical issues as it is near my school.

My go to doc . patient orientated and good customer service by the counter staff!

had seen this doc for high BP for quite sometime and many more,seems more like our family Doc... Indeed a Doc who can give u the strongest up to the clinic EXTEND depending on your conditions. Never or less, the only clinic which we always think of if we need to consult a Doc. The latest update 7/10/2018 ... my love one suffer from a 2nd degree burnt .. a very bad one.. Dr See had really looked into this matter and really given the BEST advise ever in any of the GPs we went before...he did his best even extra advises between KTP and SGH.. but he did mentioned the best skin graft should be SGH and indeed YES as told by the surgeon there that seldom GPs will tell their patients on these or rather just say nearest A&E only!!!! We are so..extremely SO Thankful for what Dr See had helped us with the speedy consult and advises for us!! All my family Thanks you for the greatest help ever !!!

Very good "bedside manner" and efficient. Meds he prescribed helped me get better faster with fewer symptoms as compared to other docs I visited in the past. Very reasonable cost. BTW the food at the hawker centre nearby is indeed very good also, helped in my recovery!

My family and i used to visit this clinic whenever we are not feeling well. Last time was consult by Dr. Jonanthan. But after since Dr. Jonanthan no more working there, think i will change other clinic. Because last few days i went to this clinic due to not feeling well and all i get is disappointment from this Dr. Ng. I went in the room not even 1 min he said ok i can go le. (like Q&A game) Really don't know how to express my disappointment on this.

Contrary to what other reviews say, Dr Ng puts the familial touch in family medicine. He is extremely friendly and thorough in his examination. His line of questioning during history taking encourages great exposition of how and when you’ve been feeling unwell to truly get to the bottom of why and when of your recovery

The Doctor is patient and kind, he will take time to explain the conditions and is rather pleasant. However one of his counter staff (senior in age with short hair) requires re training to have effective communication and empathy towards patients. Her robotic reaction, unclear instructions and impatience towards patients is uncalled for. She is still living in a dinosaur age where nurses over the counter is Queen and time to send for her training lest she becomes obsolete. Thanks Doctor
