As a young person and first timer buying a used car, the whole process was really quite intimidating. I shortlisted and visited about 3/4 workshops that I saw listing on SgCarMart. Many didn’t allow myself to test drive the car without deposit to spot for any potential issues. Some were refusing to give any warranty for the car at all, not even 1 week. Out of all of them, Value Cars really stood out as being the most fair, honest and friendly. When I visited Value Cars, Jeriel kindly brought me around the car, introduced me to its history and it’s issues. He was completely honest and did not hide any issues whatsoever. We test drove the car with him and he was patient to answer any questions we had. Was promised that any existing issues we found will be fixed and sure enough they were fixed completely during the car collection. There was also 1 full month of warranty for the car. They even polished the car till it looked like new! Really and genuinely impressed by the customer service given especially by Jeriel. About 2 weeks owning my new ride now, I am still very impressed. Will more than 100% recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a used car dealer. Do look for Jeriel!
