The man seller was very unkind and did not even know the stocks in his shop. Sellers in other Van cleef shops are very kind and professional. but he was just standing there, wasn't helpful at all to costumers. He looks like that he's just waiting for the closing hour. pathetic!

Horrible after sales service. When you pay the price for a supposedly luxury brand, you normally think that you'll be well served. From the moment we entered the shop, the experience hasn't been what it should be. Maybe because it is in Singapore hence they don't know what a real service is? Anyway when we bought it the sales person didn't do the basics: offer some water, take a seat, and most importantly she didn't propose different options in terms of width sizes, other models... We finally bought one in advance of our wedding, and when I finally started wearing it, I realised that the width was too big for my hand. After a few days only, I came to the shop to ask for a solution in reducing the width. The staff is really not helpful, I had to push hard in order to get another answer than: sorry reducing it is not possible. After seeing the ring, it seems like it's not possible to exchange it neither modify it. Some scratches in a few days already. Only solution: just buy a new one ! Poor service quality, even though I can understand a part of it, it has been and still is really badly managed. It's a shame that due to this experience, I'll never ever consider buying anything else in my entire life from this brand. For me or for anyone close to me.

Unhelpful sales associate. I expressed that I would like to be informed when earrings in my desired materials are restocked. The SA did not pass me his name card, nor took down my contact details. The SA was so inattentive that he didn't realize I walked away with an Alhambra necklace. I rushed back to return the necklace so as to not to keep him worrying. However, my concern was unwarranted as he did not realize that he lost a necklace. :)

I would like to pay compliments to Regina. Although it was my first time buying from her, I was wowed by her warm and professional attitude. She provided useful tips and advice to me which was of great help in my selection. And the after sale service was equally good. I highly recommend her to anyone who is a first time buyer at Van Cleef.

Visit this shop on 19/06/2022 and will never return!!! I just want to try on and ask for a price before i make a payment but the girl whom serve me that time it just ruined my day she come up with a mood and tone and wasn’t nice! Her eye just roll when i ask questions!!!! Small customer is not worth to serve it is?! ,So i just said β€œthank you β€œ and walk off and end up with a blue shop … Thank

Terrible experience I have ever had. I would not want to give even one star. We waited at the door for a while and the sales assistant allowed us to enter, we showed a photo of necklace my wife wanted to see, and she brought it from the backyard. When my wife asked what color selections they have, the sales assistant asked her whether she is asking about stone or colour with angry-looking face. The assistant answered in haughty tone, and after that, kept speaking us impolitely, I have no idea how come her attitude could be so bad, so I asked my wife to go out of the shop. Never visit your shop again!!

Worst staff service ever. First, they sent whatsapp and said they will create an appointment for bracelet pick up but the staff was not in the shop. I had to wait on a long cue, then why creating an appointment from the first place? Also the staff said the deposit to buy a new product can be cancelled so I proceeded. Later I asked to cencel it, but they said it can be cancelled but not to be refunded. If cancellation and refund was different, it should have been explained before making a deposit.

Entered at 8.45pm on a weekday to try our luck in getting a necklace. To our surprise, there were new stocks for selection. Even though it was near to closing, Nurain and her team handled our purchase professionally and without making us feel like they are rushing to close the shop. She carefully showed us the pieces and offered her experience view on which color is suitable. Really appreciate her assistance for the quick 15mins experience. Thank you!
