β β β β β Had been wanting to visit VANS and when we finally did, we only thought of browsing. There were 2 sales coordinators at the store on a weekday morning and when we were there - they were chatting among themselves. When we entered, they continued their chat until we asked for a size. We asked 2 more questions and though they were replied, it was monotonous. The whole time the sales coordinators DID NOT try to sell any benefits and show enthusiasm in selling. Finally when we decided to get a pair, the shoes were taken over from our hands and just flopped into the shoe box with the laces out of e box! The sales coordinator just do not seem interested and happy that we bought without his service. WORST service staffs I have encountered in my retail 20 years in the retail industry.

β β β β β Conducive environment to pick shoe. Friendly staff. The lady who served me went extra mile to look for a shoe of my size. Appreciate the patience. Unfortunately my size is too big. Still, they have good service.
