One of the senior hairstylists here, John, is very experienced and does not hard sell any products or services. He cares for his clients’ hair as if it was his own, and gives advice whenever necessary. I’ve maintained my hairstyle since 2019 for ease and convenience and he has never once messed up my hairstyle and groomed it neatly consistently as I would like it. I would recommend coming here and requesting for his services for hairstyling.

Not only is he professional, but he is also very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Together with Sammy who usually does the hair treatment for me, they always look after my needs. I always enjoy the services they provide every time. Highly recommended!

Now I truly understand why everyone raves about his work! He really is meticulous, friendly and treated my hair with care. Also an honourable mention to Sammi who helped with putting my hair on the rollers! Really satisfied with how my hair turned out in the end and the service that I had gotten. The staff there were all friendly, and definitely made going to the salon much less intimidating. Will definitely come back for a different treatment with John! Thank you De Arte.

He is very friendly and patient when analysing my scalp condition and slowly explaining what he knows about after the analysis. We then bought a package and every time I came back for my scalp treatment, I always look forward to massage services by Kelly. She puts in effort in massing my knots and tries to vary her strength according to customers’ requests. Overall, I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend ?

He was a very soft-spoken, detailed person and advised not only hairstyling but also tips on how to manage my hair or hair products to use. I've done my perm and am extremely happy with the result. John is very polite and attentive too. I'd highly recommend this place and especially John, he would not disappoint you!!

I have a very high hair fall rate and very bad hair thinning issues, so am very sensitive to how stylist handles my hair. Stylist Alex has done a very good job on this. He is super gentle and remembers my requests even though I am not a frequent visitor. Highly recommended for visitors like myself who's very demanding in how my hair should be handled.

Bosses are humble too. Their service is excellent. I have never been disappointed. He knows whats best for your scalp and hair. As a guy he is fast and really precise, he gets you in and out pretty quick. Highly recommend!
