Loveee the service rendered and the product I got! I went to Jocelyn with a budget in mind and showed her a tonne of pictures with regards to the kind of earring I was looking for. From the size all the way to the diamond and bammm she got me what I exactly wanted!! She was patient and extremely lovely to exchange thoughts with. My fiancée and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring. We went to half a dozen jewelry stores in Singapore before finding Vault. First and foremost, the customer service Jocelyn has provided was second to none when compared to every single jewelry store we had been visiting so far. When you and your partner are looking for something as personal as an engagement ring, customer experience is of utmost importance. Even before trying rings on, we were struck by Jocelyn warmth and friendliness; these kind of things matter a great deal! Then it turns out that it is not easy to find special diamonds (especially in the cut and color section). Jocelyn has a lot of special, unique diamonds that would be very hard to find anywhere else, at least as far as our experience is concerned. We got our heart set on one salt and pepper diamond; Jocelyn did an amazing job working with our specifications, from setting to engraving. When we collected the ring however, we realized that the stone had a very small chip (and yes, this kind of thing can happen, even on the hardest material known to man!). But Jocelyn went extra mile for us with this inconvenience and arranged to replace the stone with another, bigger salt and pepper diamond and get this, free of charge! I can count on one hand the number of times when I had such an amazing customer experience. We would absolutely recommend Vault.

Fine jewellery can be intimidating to enquire but the owner Jocelyn is very warm and friendly in sharing with her expertise and advise.
