They have a personal touch, asking about my family and remembering what they were into / up to from the last visit. This salon is thorough and there is no hard/up sell, which is refreshing.

I love it especially that they have a massage chair. Helps to soothe sore muscles while having a nice pedicure! A lovely place with friendly staff too.
