Jimmy was very knowledgeable, answers texts very quickly (even after the purchase has been signed), provides very good advice and never felt rushed. Denise also provided regular updates on the whole COE bidding process and administrative matters. Great experience with Venture Cars, no hidden fees, very transparent, highly recommended!

My sales person Owen also went out of his way to ensure the delivery of my new car within 2 weeks. It is my first new car purchase and it's definitely a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting a new PI car from Venture Cars! Like the transparent pricing with fixed menu and no hidden cost. Thus all staff are direct on the configuration though flexible enough to customize to my preference.
Eric put in lots of effort so that we received the car despite component shortage and shipment delay. He provided frequent updates on the progress till we finally got the car. Now driving for a week and he is still responsive in any post sales enquiry and support. Many thanks to Eric and his team for the support!
