A sincere & well deserved compliment to all JDM Automobile sales personnel and especially to Joanne Low ( Sales Executive ) , very pleasant personality and very patient to listen & dealt with a nasty customer’s like me . Surprisingly she’s able to answer & comply to all my queries & doubts pertaining to the New Honda Freed Hybrid 1.5 configurations, performance of the car and details on those optional financing loan plans I am comfortable and most important the after sales services is fantastic especially over these few days I have been messaging her via WhatsApp on my prefered financing loan Companies and prefered car insurance I’m comfortable with . Surprisingly she replied promptly even after office hour and promise will get back to me sooner and she did on the following day . I have very bad experienced with Volkswagen Sales executives several years ago after Agreement signed . Joanne Low is well delivered sales person in which It’s been a Long time I have had meet a good sales representative like her .
